She's pretty fresh. Probably slipping a pad/diaper on so the transport don't get soiled when the bowels and bladder eventually let go. |

Vehicle taxes are super high, especially on imported cars. Engine size is taxed as well. Cars made in Thailand, and cars with small engines are affordable. A car with a even just a 2.5L engine, not made in Thailand will be very expensive.
