that does not surpise me, the only reason they didnt open fire is because he is white. Believe me I live in Austin and i remember on two seperate occasions they shot a black person for no reason. One time was at a night club, a fight broke out and one black guy ran and the police shot him in the back, he was unarmed. the second time there was mental disabled black woman waving a meat cleaver at other residents and she was shot, both died. i think Austin police are racist only becuase they are more likely to gun down a black man rather than a white man who just shot a cop and is a danger to society.

I have to agree with you. This is pre 911, and that implies alot, but still, if I was a (damn) cop I would have been firing AS SOON as I see him with the rifle. But they had a chit chat, he walked around, nobody initially checked the officer (sweet death--rattle), MINDBOGGLING! It's Texas though, I suppose these are country cops who grew up not reflexing to guns like the nypd would. Anyway, thats one hell of a gunslinging cowboy, true American spirit in that one, can't deny that. I think based on his firing and calling for help then wandering about hints at some senility. Poor old guy was scared and confused. Pretty sad story, but fuck cops. |

I came across someone's comment earlier today, it was something to the affect of "black people are threatening thats why they are hated". Its so scary that people think this way, yet its so disgustingly funny. But thanks for sharing, Im not visiting Austin ever, not saying that I cant get shot and killed up here bec Im sure I can, but Ill leave Austin Texas alone, Im never visiting any of the southern states ever. |
