First off this is a Training Video in several Departments. I'll say this again, and I realize there are a bunch of mindless fucks on this site that believe in total anarchy and all that bullshit tough guy sayings of fuck the police but what are you gonna do. Its okay to say fuck the police but most of you are so warped in your mind to think like that. In all society's there is always bad people. Not all Police are good. the majority are. they serve their community just like the solider serves his country in the belief that they are doing good. The government itself is corrupt not the people. Quit thinking it is all police officer that are bad. I'm sure one day you will need one and acting like a total douche bag will get you no where. On the video. The other officer had all right to shoot and it would have been a good shoot. More often than not most officers don't shoot because they are scared of the repercussions later. As a Police Officer you have to come to terms with when you are on the street do anything to come home at the end of your shift. Survival is most important. Don't think..... Act. Survive. I would rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6. What more can I say. I'm sure I will get some asshole remark but that just shows immaturity and ignorance.  |

Thats Insane I cross yarrington rd overpass almost every day the place I work is only a few hundred yards away. I moved here 3 yrs ago been working there that long. never heard of this incident. There was another case a couple of years ago, a man was shot and killed in Austin and his mother was kidnapped and disappeared her skeletal remains were found directly across the highway from my job in a field she had been lead out into the field and shot.I learned about that one after seeing the search teams poking around in the field one day after leaving work CRAZY!!!!

Dumb ass cops, if they had not hesitated, maybe they could have saved the life of the downed officer. They should have shot that old man as soon as they arrived at the seen.  |
