The way it sounded, this man was shot in the upper chest / neck. Anything can make a death rattle: Blood in the lungs / reciprocating air bubbles, an open throat, or yeah -- He could just be unconscious and his tongue is obstructing fluid breathing. If I had to guess, though...Considering the fact that the officer said NOTHING after he was shot...that he was shot near the neck. Halfway through the video his breathing begins to truncate, followed by a loud *SNUCK!* like when you snore yourself awake. It was likely at this point that he was completely unconscious. By the 6-minute mark, Vetter's breathing stops, and it appears that he has already bought the farm. By the way, the incompetence starts with police dispatch. The old man asked SEVERAL times for assistance, stating "I've shot a Patrolman". The dumb cunt at dispatch ingores him the first few times. |

LOL WTF ok guy comes out with gun pointed towards you and you dont fire for the safety of ??????? you had a kid a wife to go home to i wouldve shot him repeatedly , and too think these people run those highways still like it took that many to try to convince the old shit to throw down his weapon...DUH he just shot one of your squad mates and you still allow the man to carry his weapon in hand. another cop too scared too kill, if your going to be in a field that puts your life in danger you better have the cherries to kill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it says he was shot in the head. there have been instances when a person shot in the head begins to do that snore. guy i knew shot by a sniper in iraq started snoring after he was shot in the head. they pulled the plug a few days later in germany. ive seen people get choked unconscious do the same snore. so ive always thought its something similar.
