I wouldn't be surprised. It used to be very common in parts of Louisiana. Especially when New Orleans was the murder capital, pre Hurricane Katrina.

Ill never understand why people get in water if they cant swim. What a waste of a life. I thought it was going to be a case cold water shock but he really couldn't swim. Talk about thick. They didn't even call for help. Like they didnt' understand that he had drowned. Says he been down there for more than minutes at almost 9 mins in.. Unbelievable. Such a waste. |
