he said he backed up and tried to pull his weapon after the man pulled his but tripped, before that there was only maybe 4 seconds to show he would resist or try and run and at that time no weapon was known by the cop, you call him Barney Fife and a hick when he was doing what was right, pulling a pistol is not justified when the other man wasnt attacking him yet and when he was the cop fell and didnt have a chance, but id suspect you to be the same type to bitch if the cop was gung ho and pulled his pistol the second the guy backed up im being sincere when i say this your an idiot and you should go fuck yourself :) |

The officer showed superb restraint. My impression was that the suspect, being shot five times, could not raise his left arm... which is probably what the officer concluded after several orders as well to do. Despite the adrenalin, the officer was totally professional. Pretty sick to think that a guy like him could be blown away by trash like that.
