Well the problem with rats (and mouses) is that they don't eat a lot of it. Not enough to cause (near) instand death like this.. If rats don't trust the food source yet they only try tiny bits, and even if they eat enough to instantly kill the rat than it stay's with only this one rat. His family members gonna make the connection between his death and the food he jyst eat. So this poision is portioned to slowly do their dammage so they can't trace back what makes them sick (and thus keep eating from the poisioned food). Their death is gonna look a lot less spectaculair than what happened to this guy  Just a heart that stops beating or some other crucial organ fail. But today it gets even much harder to kill (city-) rats.. The professional boxes for poision now only contain regular food. And after a few week survey the rat-killers know witch ones are being used as food source and replace for a short term the regular food for poisioned food. But not for too long otherwise the rats stop comming... smart fuckers! lol Mouses are a lot easier to kill btw. |

Ps. I forgot to mention that ("City") Rats are getting immune for this type of poisioning! Because of the small dosis their body is adjusting itself to prevent/heal internal dammage from the poisioning  So not only smart but also strong fuckers  |
