Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. A female Audi driver (Adisa Gačić) was under a large dose of narcotics, and the Audi drove more than 150 km per hour in a populated place when she hit bicyclist Vladimir Andrijević (30).
He died on impact.

Update from xiteloft:
She won't be going to jail, she'll be transferred to a mental hospital.

It sucks, as it's more than obvious that girl isn't crazy or whatsoever.

They still don't know how long she'll be there, but they say: "Till her mental condition is stabilized".
