The "cameraman" is saying: "Hello guys, that one have already been shot, he was shot twice in his legs... They will kill him now... Everyone here is FIRST (pointing fingers to camera)... This is PCC (First Capital Command - the largest criminal organization in Brazil)... In the head... Get very close... Go, go, shot! ... (After the shot they are cursing the dead guy, naming each gang member that are participating)... (Then, they tried to shoot once more, but apparently the shotgun is jammed)"
