Allow me to put the blame on the truck driver for two reasons 1. Cab driver was coming from his right so he had the right of way and 2. He was speeding towards an intersection with no traffic lights! No matter what happend he wouldn't be able to stop on time. |

It's obvious it's a woman, & the cab seemed to stop for her. Why didn't the truck veer the other way? Even if he didn't see the woman on the trike, you'd think he'd steer against the direction of the obstacle not into it's path. Idiot.

The truck driver swerved to avoid the taxi & wouldn't have even spotted the girl on the trike until he was heading towards her if even at all. Either way that was a heavy double articulated lorry and whatever happened it would never stop moving. I would say the lorry driver is the smart one cause driving something like that is pretty much the only way to ensure you don't get totally minced by something else. Vehicles on the roads in these crazy ass places are simply a food chain, its a truck eat trike world and if your stupid enough to be riding a three wheeled snack then eventually someone gonna have you for lunch. |
