Yes it's from romania,i live here and a saw this on the news.He is saying that the phone "favorite"number(low cost calls number) is of another guy,and when he was calling her she wasn't answering.This is the first part of the movie,in the second he is beating her with his leather pants-belt.

I have seen this video before, but the caption said it was the pimp doing a sex video and the girl did not want to do it, so he beat her up.
