Brazil, During a shooting between gangsters last Thursday night ten gang members were killed. 7 died in the streets and 3 in the hospital. The shootings lasted for 3 hours.

This will sound barbaric....but I wonder....if it was somehow legal, there would be a certain day that is reserved for rival street gangs to have a shootout to the death. Has to be in a contained area so as not to hurt innocent people.
