Leon Gary Plauche (born November 10, 1945) is a native of Louisiana, known for the 1984 murder of Jeff Doucet, who had kidnapped and sexually assaulted his son, Jody Plauche. The killing occurred on Friday, March 16, 1984, and it was captured on camera by a news television crew. Although Plauche shot and killed Doucet, he was given five years probation for the shooting and received no jail time. The case received wide publicity due to the fact that many people questioned whether Plauche should be charged for murder or be let off. Plauche claims to believe to this day that he was in the right, and that those in a similar position would have done the same thing. |

Wayyyy too fast. He didn't even see it coming. He would've gotten much worse in prison. That being said I hope the father wasn't charged with anything.

yea, but Doucet accepted jesus in his heart before he was killed...so, the rapping of that child was forgiven by the everlasting and powerful creator and therefore we'll see him in heaven, due to god killing himself in human form some time ago, to redeem us all from original sin, in the garden of eden, which was all a womans fault any way.....whew.....god i love how this jesus shit works!!...  |
