Re: Rapist Is Beaten Mercilessly In Police Custody
Sorry but i will repeat my post that i wrote 1.5 month ago (and no reply or similar comment yet) since this is kind of important question for me. `No matter the crime, when an officer of law do something like this its actually worst than the crime itself in my eyes, and also it is such a common and relieving thoughts for majority that a rapist will be killed, raped or severely beaten in prison, which is even worst, a crime comited collectively by society. Am i the only lunatic! thinking emotions should not be involved in justice system and vigilante punishments severely hurting society?` |

Re: Rapist Is Beaten Mercilessly In Police Custody
Exactly. It's much more of a worry that people call for violence towards people who have been violent towards others yet class themselves as the "good" guys! This is a big part of why the world is so messed up. The mentality of most people today is so backwards they don't even realise it. Upbringing, social class, cultural conditioning, they all imprint upon us how to behave towards certain actions and behaviour. Thinking about these things logically will allow us to evolve and create a much safer, more enjoyable environment. But that requires people to learn and understand...rather than just shout out for blood. NOBODY is born a rapist, murderer or drug dealer. They are moulded by life experiences and conditioning. We are all guilty, as we all make up other peoples life experiences. And if you're calling for blood or revenge, what kind of experience do you think you'll give to others? If everyone always gave out help and cared about each other, how many murderers and rapists do you think would develop? |

Re: Rapist Is Beaten Mercilessly In Police Custody
What needs to be kept in mind is that this is how 3rd world countries often serve out justice. This guy is lucky he hasn't been stoned by the family of the person that was raped. It doesn't necessarily make it right but he was FULLY aware of his actions when he committed the crime and thus have to deal with the punishment he gets....right or wrong!

Re: Rapist Is Beaten Mercilessly In Police Custody
LOL Well, I'm not saying it's OK to be a rapist or a murderer etc. I'm saying, lock them up or whatever, but whats the point in beating them? If you're in a country that doesn't have a system that can deal with them then at least kill them quickly. It's pretty sick and twisted of the "good" guys to beat someone before killing them. That is classed as assault. So then what do you do with THAT person? I know, lets beat him too! The sick fuck! And lets hang the person who beats him. And then stone the person who hangs him. And then set fire to person who stones him. And then drown the cunt who sets fire to him... |
