I saw this actual episode and I am sorry to disappoint, but this is a reenactment of an actual injury. Gross maybe, but fake. In reality paramedics or other hospital personnel would be holding on to both ends of that pipe to ensure it would not move at all.

The show says at the beginning that these are reenactments of actual injuries. Its all actors and special effects people recreating amazing medical situations. Great show. I watch it all the time, but most definitely it is not real footage.

fake. that wound should have been flooding his throat with blood and gurgling himself to death. especially when he is upright like that. no matter how brave you are. you could not do that. courage is one thing but acting like theres nothing wrong on a wound like that??? next to impossible. |
