It's also confirmed that the bomb and the shooter was connected. Over 20 people confirmed dead at Utøya, 7 confirmed dead at the bomb site. EDIT: Also confirmed that it was a terrorist attack. |

One male, reportedly Caucasian, has been apprehended at Utøya. He was dressed up as a police officer, and beckoned the youth camp attendees over using that guise. He then opened fire. The (actual) police won't release any details beyond that, but state that there's a connection between the Oslo bombing and the Utøya attack.
