I'm an Austin native. Moved away years ago. Parts of the city have always been extremely dangerous and riddled with gang activity.

I'm confused...what did security do?
Sweater shoots White Shirt at 00:10, security guard immediately engages Sweater and shoots him at 00:14. You can see Sweater aim at the security guard before he goes down.

Sweater discharged his firearm a total of 9 times.
The security guard discharged his firearm a total of 11 times.

Security guard did everything right IMO, Sweater got what was coming to him
