If memory serves me correctly, it was another one of those dumbass internet challenges. The challenge was to choke yourself until you pass out or something. Kid's rope got caught on his doorknob, he partially feinted from lack of oxygen, couldn't shift his weight or get back up so he inadvertently strangled himself.

Oh man, I had to stop and rewatch several parts over, when the piece of the taliban lookin suicide bomber went flying near the camera, that was pretty awesome  wish I could've seen many of those shots in slow mo  |
