I believe that is a foot that is visible a few times looking like the ‘second tail’. The cow is in labor, likely suffering from dystocia (labor complication). If only one foot appears, it usually means the calf is stuck; ordinarily a vet could reach in and pull the other leg around and deliver the calf but without intervention, the calf and mother will die. In the 2nd video it is clear, she can be seen kicking at her own belly, while vocalizing and swishing her tail/stomping due to painful contractions. She has redirected the rage caused by her agony onto the poor old woman. If this really is a dystocia, the calf will die pretty quickly, the cow will die a slow death over many days due to sepsis.

My thoughts is that the cow was in some sort of labor.. and in lots of pain! Her tits are huge as well. She was probably on a defensive mode either to protect her cub or just lost her shit!! From whatever is happening to her.. never seen that behavior on cows only on bulls.::
