Honest, powerful, unflinching moment when the guy who's holding her hand & comforting her looks down to see the horror of her maiming injuries, and has to quickly look away, sickened & shocked.

What a brutal video. A mother's love permeates above all else. The woman is most likely in shock. Even so, the first concern is for her children. So terribly sad.
