What was wrong with that guy's tire that he kept trying to return it?

Can't say these aren't generous people. These two probably got more money in gas and tires spent on them than whatever it was they were stealing.

Since I posted it, I did recently see a video on Twitter of a Nigerian man selling used condoms drying out and hanging on some kind of hand-held rack he was holding to passersby in their cars... lots and lots of cars, all with their tires. This is not a joke though I wish it were

At first it looked fake, how long does it take someone to die from a fire like that? Then I saw them dead, it was real. They did an armed robbery and that's why they were tortured? Whenever I watch one of these videos, I think of the Nigerian TV reporter who went up to some guy who just got lynched and was burned over 90% of his body but was still alive and conscious, and the reporter puts a mic in his face, and asks: "How does it feel to be lynched, sir?" (roughly translated... my Nigerian isn't the best). They don't get many scoops over there in Nigeria, I don't think
