Yes and no. I’ve read stories from some survivors stating that it’s extremely painful for literally seconds, if that, before all your nerves are seared and you don’t feel anything.

The US criminal justice system can surely be fucked a lot of times but this site always reminds me that there is far worse out there. I'm grateful to not to be burned alive over a suspected armed robbery. Brutal.
