BS. I've ridden road bikes at night without a battery. Even if you think your scenario is plausible, the bike would not immediately stop, there would be plenty of time to coast to the side of the road. |

2 scenario: 1) If the motorist is a Malay and the driver is not a Malay then its the driver's fault. 2) If the motorist is not a Malay and the driver is Malay then its the motorist fault. |

Malaysia, right hand drive so slow car suppose to be on the left of road. Both motorcyclist and car driver are at fault. The motorcycle riding without lights on the faster right lane and the car speeding on a dark road. Both are dumb-ass. The dumb hit (meet) the dumb.
