Motorcyclist Killed After Being Rammed From Behind by Speeding Car
Malaysia. A motorcyclist was killed when he was hit by a car after he stopped on a dark road with his rear lights not functioning properly. Who's fault do you think it was?

Motorcyclist. Assuming no moving, licensing, or chemical violations implicate the driver, the profound inadequacy of safety measures applied by the cyclist probably leaves him fully responsible. He might even receive the driver's repair bill post-mortem. |

Sorry, but he's NOT a fucking dummy. He is a corpse, you big silly! Also, he is NOT a Pole, either. Just in case someone was wondering. |

Re: Motorcyclist Killed After Being Rammed From Behind by Speeding Car
I did almost the exact same thing to some guy on a bicycle who pulled out in front of my car (almost 2 years ago.) He was dead before he came through my windshield... He never knew what hit him.
