I don't think anything that plays at 640 X 480 resolution, shoulld be considered, "upsetting" or "graphic".

C-spine (neck brace) is always first in a trauma like this. You may have an injury that, if moved, would sever your spine. I just wish the camera person would make up their mind on zoom/angle/subject.
