Why oh why do they not cut from the BACK of the neck. They cut from the front, through the trachea (wind pipe), and leave the phrenic nerve (in charge of telling the diaphragm to contract - i.e. is your "breathing nerve") going down through the spinal chord in tact so the victim has to splutter through a lungful of blood until they FINALLY get to the vertebra and, more importantly, the spinal chord. At least start at the back, and have them die quickly. Then you can saw all the fuck you like, they're already dead. It's brutal to watch. I just find myself thinking "for god's sake do it faster! the man's drowning in his own blood." what a way to go :(
