Re: Man Electrocutes to Death in NYC Subway
Looks like he committed suicide. I would too if I lived in New York city which I heard is now run under despotism in a police state. You are told what to eat, what to wear, what to drink, what you can or cannot own, the government also regularly steals peoples money and cars. Unfreakin real.

Re: Man Electrocutes to Death in NYC Subway
This is like one of those videos from the Third World where everyone is just standing around flapping their gums in a language I don't understand. I guess Americans aren't different after all. I thought the smoke was an especially nice touch to the death.

Re: Man Electrocutes to Death in NYC Subway
Australia manages it just fine in their subways..... Not sure what the planning issue is in America. I'd never even heard of a third rail before until this thread. People in Australia (though they shouldn't because you can't judge how far away a fast-moving train is) jump down on the tracks all the time. This is the first time I ever saw someone electrocuted on tracks. I couldn't even understand what had happened to this guy, since I never knew tracks can carry electricity. Just never heard of it, so I've been researching '3rd Rail' on the net since this thread. You learn something new all the time.

Re: Man Electrocutes to Death in NYC Subway
I'm a big fan of electrocutions, thanks for the post. I just wish the vid quality was better. Poor guy though.. even though I like the gore I never fail to feel miserable for the fools who put themselves in these dramatic situations of holding up train traffic for everyone else. *bangs violently on the desk* 15 years of NYC living and believe me, train delays affect everyone. nah, all joking aside, it's a fucked up way to go and I hope the booze somehow deadened some of the pain, as if that were possible at that kind of voltage..? |
