crazy shit. id love to hear the story behind this. i also dont understand why noone did something. he didnt had a knife- it has a meatcleaver. take a damn stick or run him over with ur car. the women clearly moved when the cars were passing by, she was still alive and maybe they couldve saved her if he didnt had the chnce to hit her 20 times more... i dont understand these people which just stand by and do nothing why other people (and children) get killed... what a sick world we live in |

actually this arent cops, they look like workers with kind of metal sticks. but honenestly if i pass by with my car i would just drive on him. but if i walk there i wont do anything. unsless i have a gun.
