TBH, I disagree with your observation that there is stab wounds on the arm. The video is merely viewed from a different angle. The first image what looks like stab wound is merely the shadow cast by the angle of the arm and the nipple.

The 2nd image shows a more frontal image revealing a different angle, hence no wound

Just out of curiosity... when something like this pops up, and there is no story/background anywhere on the internet, does anyone notify the authorities? Or do the authorities know and simply keep the investigation on the down low 'til the perp is caught?

It's just weird to me that, other than "amateur" and personal/private blogs, there are no articles on the net about this. Do the authorities even know about this? And if this video is real (I'm sure it is), and the killer strikes again, it could found that dozens of people (us) new of this killer and alerted nobody... and if there is reason to believe that even a day's notice could have caught/prevented the next murder, couldn't their be repercussions?

This guy is fascinating in a really weird, horrifying way..... I started looking into him last night, and what I found was contradictory, but alarming.

He claims in his own sites that he's a victim of a smear campaign, nothing more.
But when you look at the evidence on youtube & other sites that he was the one killing the kittens, it is VERY compelling.
The whole Karla Homolka angle is another thing, there are a lot of sites that claim he had at least one of her kids post jail, that he is STILL married to her and living with her, and then there are people who claim he himself is running the sites to give himself publicity.
Some people say he's still in Montreal, some say Bahamas with Karla, Karla's family say she's in japan....... Some say Luka's in Russia, Paris.....Add in the gay porn, the people openly stalking him on you-tube, its like a fucking movie script.
The guy has a HUGE following online.

Anybody who doesn't know who Karla is should investigate it for themselves, and her psychological profile....... She went to Montreal when she got out, which is where he is, and he fits into who she would go for.

The victim appears to be sleeping, but, doesn't flinch when being stabbed with the icepick and there is no blood. One prick would wake me up!
