Luka Magnotta, a Canadian, was convicted of first-degree murder in 2014 for the killing of Jun Lin, a student from China. This case gained international attention due to the nature of the crime and the subsequent international manhunt.

Magnotta, born Eric Clinton Kirk Newman in 1982 in Ontario, committed the crime in Montreal in 2012. He was found guilty of killing Lin, dismembering his body, and mailing the body parts to various political parties and educational institutions across Canada. A video of the murder was posted online, leading to widespread law enforcement efforts.

Following the crime, Magnotta fled Canada, resulting in an international search that concluded with his arrest in Berlin, Germany. At his trial in Montreal, Magnotta faced several charges, including first-degree murder, and was ultimately sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole for 25 years.

I think it's fake. I cut my finger and can't get it to stop bleeding for 5 minutes. He cuts off an arm and there's no blood. It looks like he's cutting a birthday cake. What little blood there is seems to be concentrated around the head, which is what you'd expect from somebody who has watched a lot of horror movies but didn't pay much attention in science class. For me, it's all in the details. If you did that to a human body, even if just from slitting the throat, that bed would be SOAKED in blood. Just an opinion.

The amputation was post mortem. I think there is less blood when there is no circulation.
It does look odd, I dont know why.

The guy would have died long before he cut up the body, so with no heartbeat there would be no blood pressure... and with no blood pressure there would be no bleeding. Therefore the body would not bleed while it was being cut into pieces. Of course there would be a bit of blood here and there, but not much more than you would get from cutting into a big, fat, juicy steak from the butcher.

I was gunna say fake but the bit where he is dragging the knife over the guys back looks pretty real

It seems real to me. There is resistance against the tool he's using (ice pick??) which is usual when you see someone being stabbed. I'm going off what i have seen here of course lol
Also the slicing of the back and thighs looks real. If doing this post-mortem there would be none or little blood coming out of wounds inflicted.
Also the severed limbs, arm and head all look real in comparison to what i have seen before too.
If this is fake then it's a damn good fake, but i'm going for real here.
