I’ve only had maybe 2-3 videos on here throughout all the years that I have had a physical reaction to and cringed. This was one of them. I think because, to me, it looked like the knife had a hard time puncturing the skin initially  who knows. All I know is for whatever reason this was a little hard to watch

So years in Paramedicine and watching the content here has desensitised me pretty well, but even this was very hard to watch! I too am very surprised he was able to function so well. I would have thought the Pneumothorax would have seen him go downhill quick.
