Having bled sheep as a quick means of killing them, the trick is to flex the head back to get between the vertebrae. A good sharp knife, and a head comes off in less than 5 seconds. Takes a little practice; the guy in the vid has done that a few times, obviously. And not on sheep.

Every time I see these videos I think "aw, poor lil' feller" but then I realize the POS did this to a ton of people before he got it. Keep it up muslims....yay!
