For those guys who are saying he could have just run out, the camera doesn't show the perspective of how far the robber is from the camera. For all we know, he could have just been slightly out of view but still close enough so that the victim had no chance of running and not getting shot.

Dude got a good look at perps face so it was gonna happen. He had covered his head up when he comes back out. Would be an easy ID in a lineup. |
