Two probable reasons for the wince. 1. Suicide. 2. He just realized that when you hold the gun backwards, the normal action of putting thumb pressure on the gun (for a strong grip) depresses the trigger. 50-50 and only he knew the reason. |

That looked like a .45 so the impact at such close range probably knocked him unconscious. Either that or it knocked him on the ground and he hit his head hard enough to knock himself out.

My thoughts exactly! I believe it was intentional. We've seen this happen before, mostly in shooting ranges. Some people can't resist the urge to give in to their suicidal dreams when the power to complete the act, in an immediate and painless manner, is literally within their grasp. Hard saying, not knowing all the details. |
