I am very sure that they did not split his face open to make the reconstruction easier as they would have done that in theater he wold have had wires an pipes everywhere monitoring him while they did it,, he is just laying in A&E or something there.. either way to be honest its horrific,, bet he has a splitting headace in the morn ! tehe
