I've met some smart little kids lately. She could have been the one calling for the hit for not getting the toy she wanted. (That was what came to mind when it looked like she pointed him out. Then again my mind is messed up..  )

I don't know that I'd call him a hitman, maybe a man with a grudge but not a professional. He's less than a foot away and still can't hit the guy in the head. First four shots are hitting the guy in the collarbone area and right arm. Likely fatal, but possibly not too. I mean if he was supposed to take care of business, those should have been right on the money. |

The dead guy, el eme, 34, was the leader of a border mafia gang called hamponil. They're into theft of vehicles at the border with Colombia. El eme had many criminal records for vehicle thefts and he was also wanted/suspected for murder. He carried a fake ID during the time of the murder. Good riddance  Kid never saw a thing so i think she'll be alright |
