Hand and Forearm Crushed by Printing Press Machine
Brasil, Friday 13/08/10 at 11:00 H, a printing press operator had his left upper limb (hand and forearm) crushed by a press printing machine.

The machine was reported with off sensor and other safety devices off, and use the pedal (a device banned in all Industrial District) when screaming in great pain was heard and other workers rushed to the scene where one of the contributors gave first aid by taking his shirt and made a tourniquet on the upper limb, and rushed the operator to the local hospital.

Last month another accident with another developer in the second round occured. He lost three fingers.

This accident was like a warning, but no one took any action to maintain these machines. (something that was never done)
