i drive trains & its very commonplace to hear of "one unders " as we call them, where the person sustains horrific injuries but remains alive until the train is moved off them, the person is usually given a general anaesthetic injection to render them unconscious first, they generally fall apart after the train is moved off them !!! A truly horrible death & not a good way to commit suicide !!!!!

They could actually get under the train & jack it up on the side he's on lifting the train away from him & the edge of the platform allowing the guy to be pulled free but i'd imagine his injuries would be pretty awful !!
