I lived in Brazil for two years, they literally are the best worst drivers in the world... It is a free for all and the cops do nothing.. I was rear ended by a drunk driver, the cops took him in and let him go 30 minutes later...

Oh! You’re right! My apologies for not catching that. The light was green when the girl crossed the road and the light changed to red at the end of the video.
