Physics and Physiology would tell me she felt nothing.

Assuming terrorists commonly use mortar rounds let's suppose they used a 120mm HE-TNT mortar round to source their explosive, so they got about 2 kilograms of TNT.

The resulting shockwave from 2 Kg of TNT are:

Nice breakdown, thank you, useful. I'd like to see if I can convince a suicide bomber to let me film them in super slow motion, would like to examine the stress effects on the skull as it is being projected away from the body.
