Yes this camera angle is from a Fox News traffic camera just up the hill on a hotel so the angle you’re getting is the roof of that building just slight off camera from the bottom

The building while width was small length of building was bigger. Second floor was a break room. First floor was a chocolate line. Building usually has 15 people inside. The two that were across the street actually were inside the building and ejected from the explosion. We carried the one body of the lady away from the building where the video cuts because more smaller explosions are heard.

I was the one recording this video literally I was half a block away when it happened and immediately ran there.
