it was so obvious that cop didnt want to hurt that guy he should of shot him..and i know thats probably just he west coast in me coming out but...DAMN i usually laugh about the gasping but i could so feel that poor guys fear when he screamed :( |

It was a very unlucky event for the police. Facing with an experienced war veteran was not a very favourable outcome. I think the shooter has post war trauma stress syndrome which cause him to be crazy and insane. I think if the police shoot first, it probably won't be enough to kill the shooter because he might become wounded and fight back.
