Oh my fucking god. I've been a little disturbed by one video on here, but this one kills me. You can hear the fear in the officers voice when he's telling him to put the gun down. And hearing him scream almost brought me to tears. I've never felt like this over a video.

The officer should have shot that fucker as soon as that douchefuck brought out a weapon. No doubt. I'm assuming the guy was drunk, but the way he just keeps running around the car to shoot him makes me think he's just fucking insane.

Andrew Brannan, who shot and killed Deputy Dinkheller was a Vietnam Vet. He received the death penalty for the crime but is STILL on Georgia's Death Row due to multiple appeals. I say they just pay another inmate to take him out. The Court system is completely fucked.

Despite commands issued from Dinkheller, the suspect walked back to his vehicle and drew an M1 Carbine from under the driver's seat. He took cover near the driver side door. Dinkheller positioned himself near the passenger door of his cruiser and gave Brannan commands for approximately 40 seconds before Brannan stepped away from his vehicle, pointing his rifle at Dinkheller. Dinkheller fired a shot at Brannan but missed. After the first shot, a barrage of gunfire was heard. Dinkheller did not strike the suspect initially and was forced to reload. At this point, Brannan ran from the truck toward the deputy and began to fire, hitting Dinkheller in exposed areas such as the arms and legs. Brannan then began to reload his weapon as the now injured Dinkheller tried to position himself near the driver side door of the cruiser. Another shot from Dinkheller was heard. Brannan began advance firing at the deputy, hitting him numerous times. Before being disabled from gunfire, Dinkheller was able to inflict a gunshot wound to the stomach of Brannan. After being struck and clutching his stomach, Brannan then raised his weapon and fired two more shots with one striking Dinkheller in the head, killing him. Brannan then retreated to his vehicle and fled the scene.

Police Academy firearm training VS Vietnam Combat experience. No brainer who was gonna win that shootout. Branaan's military training was obvious, the way he bounded toward the cop when he took cover. Only one place you learn that.

That's a tough watch. The sound of him dying is really upsetting. He really should have shot the fucker first. But this is an example of a good cop doing his best to avoid conflict.
