If he had a bunch of idiots on this forum would be calling the cop a murderer for daring to use force. Alot of people in this country love to jump right to police brutality everytime some moron gets himself hurt or killed by fighting with the cops. This is an example of what can happen to an officer when he hesitates and doesn't use neccesary force.

I know this is posted before (http://www.documentingreality.com/fo...ak-47-a-30762/) but here is a longer version + no watermarks, Is this already posted? story: Deputy Kyle Dinkheller was shot and killed after pulling over a man on a rural road about 6 miles north of Dublin, Georgia. During the traffic stop he called in for backup. Before the backup arrived he was shot by the man with a rifle. He was able to return fire, striking the suspect in the stomach. The suspect was found during a search the next morning and taken into custody. The entire incident was videotaped by a camera in Deputy Dinkheller's patrol car. On January 28, 2000, the suspect was found guilty of murder and was sentenced to death two days later. Deputy Dinkheller is survived by his expectant wife and 22-month-old daughter. Damn that sucks. I usually hate how American police are so trigger happy, but this officer gave the guy enough damn warnings. It was clear from the moment he got out of the car that there was going to be trouble. Should have tazed the fucker before he got back to his truck to retrieve the gun.
