Looks like he was but the small guy immediately dropped himself to the ground and kicked him off. It happened so fast but the little dude definitely knew what was about to happen. Sad that not a single article mentioned the victims name. That leads me to believe he has no family. Otherwise the news would have posted his name when the other guy was charged with manslaughter. They don’t bother when no one cares about the victim
