Even if you win you'd still go to jail. I don't know how this is in the rest of the world, but 'holland' sues you. So this guy will get sued for stabbing his ex girlfriend and you'll get sued for kicking the shit out of him. He may get a bigger punishment, but you'll get one aswell. There is no loser or winner, if he gets jailtime you can still get it aswell. To be honest if i'd saw this on the streets I wouldn't know what to do aswell, only because of the laws. If it was legal, i'd kick the living shit out of him. |

That law is a pile of bullshit. How can people accept a law that forces them to sit tight and watch someone get hurt or even killed. I swear i would at the very least kick him in the head to knock him out and then run for it. If they find me fine I'll go to jail, if not...i did what i wanted to do and got away with it. |

At 1:30 you can see the guy in black bezting the stabber with a stick, but the other guys demand him to stop, saying "Easy, stop hitting", which unfortunatly is a real dutch spirit ): I know plenty of cases where dutch citizens beat up criminals, but in a situation like this you're sure to get busted. But I really agree, these people acted weak, should've attacked that guy much sooner.
