It's a recovery position. But...not for incidents like this. Poor guy most likely had internal injuries...moving him...hanging him by his shirt...clearly not helpful. Very sad though...Alive one minute, chatting with your passenger, gravely injured, dead and gone, the next minute. Poor guys. Terrible shit. Probably speeding.
