The girl in the white shirt (with red stripe) is, for all practical purposes, dead. She's having agonal respirations. This is a "primitive" brain stem function and is basically the brain's final reflex effort to get oxygen into the body. It's recognizable by the "fish breathing" effect. Even if medical help had been on scene immediately, I'd say her mortality rate would have been around 90%. And, FYI, no it's NEVER a good idea to move people around like that after being involved in a serious crash (or even a not-to-serious one!). |

yeah , argentinian. and i think they are doing all they can , they said at the beginnig ,the ambulace they called, is taking to much time to get there. |
