Yes, I agree with Headless Horseman, got blurry & shakey right @ the crucial second. He was clearly buzzed though, the burnt peeling skin was proof enough of that, (as well as skull split from the fall!)

Sad  Poor man. The electric shock blew him off the pole to his death, hitting his head on the floor; the blood was flowing out of his nose like someone had turned a tap on reminds me of that Bud Dwyer guy who topped himself very publicly; his nose bled like a tap running too.
