Apparently they're having a near impossible time selling tickets, no one is going to show up, unless they give them away for free. Absolute shit hole of a country and it's only getting worse and more corrupt. |

The problem with these countries is that they're too overpopulated. The educational system is sub-par. The solution would be for North American governments to seize 3rd world countries such as Brazil and implement civilized laws. But first you're going to have to sterilize 3/4 of the population to bring the population significantly lower. The solution in theory is simply, but in practice wouldpose a challenge, but it is probable. Too many people in a country with a very poor educational and law system.
